In the current era of growing interest and changing accountability surrounding executive remuneration Egan Associates have established the KMP – Key Management Personnel – Report as a forum for reporting on KMP issues and airing the diverse perspectives and debates which will continue to emerge over the coming years.

“Key management personnel are those persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the entity, directly or indirectly, including any director (whether executive or otherwise) of that entity.”

The KMP Report is part of an ongoing series to be published regularly throughout the year. It has been created to provide both data and commentary on key issues impacting on the interaction between a board and the company’s leadership team, their advisers and investors. It will address the impact of legislative and regulatory change on a global basis as it impacts Australasian businesses.
