Case Study : Takeover
The Challenge : An existing client in the finance sector was subject to a takeover and delisting. Our long standing role had been as the corporate advisor in regard to executive and senior management remuneration, reward strategy, policy development – including program development.
Due to the takeover, this role shifted to that of Egan Associates devising a retention based remuneration strategy ensuring that the key management remained within the business (key to the enterprise value) over targeted time frames at appropriate cost to the transaction.
The Outcome : A new role for us as advisors to the client, meeting their changing needs.
